| Abstract: | With the development of economic and culture in China, the violence crime is increasing obviously and the means of the violence crime is changing constantly. Its social harmfulness is getting extremely serious. To these crimes, we should take countermeasures as follows: to strengthen the legal education and the comprehensive management of the public security; to accelerate tracking dawn the case and devote more attacking efforts. |
