| 摘 要： | 法治国家的建设必然要求行政诉讼的建立和完善,这是由法治国家的内在要求所决定的。而要进一步完善我国行政诉讼制度,扩大行政诉讼的受案范围、构建行政诉讼简易程序和允许行政诉讼和解都是有效的途径。
