浅析行政复议对县（市）政府依法行政的作用

县（市）政府与广大人民群众利益联系，其依法行政的步伐如何，决定了我国法治进程的深度。目前，县（市）在依法行政的过程中还存在着违法行政、执法不严等问题，通过行政复议可以使县（市）在依法行政的进程中逐步改善存在的不足，推动依法行政。

On the Functions of Administrative Review in Process of Administrative Abiding by Law in Counties

As the basic administrative unit, counties connect with citizens directly. Consequently, the depth of rule by law depends on the level of administrative abiding by law in counties. Some problems, for instance, breaking the law and principle and denial of justice existing in process of administrative abiding by law in counties, will be resolved through administrative review, and consummate the system of law in our country.
