构建突发性事件处置中警方与媒体的良性互动机制

在突发事件的发展过程中,传播媒介会产生“速增回馈效应”以及随之而来的“扩音作用”。公安机关在处置突发事件时,应与媒体建立双向对称型的沟通机制,通畅资讯的内、外流动。为此要重视培养育公安机关的沟通文化和沟通自主性,成立沟通信息小组,尽快公布事实真相,及时更新消息等。
