中央苏区时期我党思想政治教育的历史经验及启示

中央苏区时期,我党思想政治教育工作的成功经验体现在五个结合上:思想政治教育与党的中心工作相结合;教育者的言传与身教相结合;提高群众思想觉悟与实现群众利益相结合;教育形式选择与教育对象实际相结合;思想政治教育与文化知识教育相结合。新时期,要加强和改进思想政治工作,必须找准定位,从教育对象出发,科学确定教育目标,把思想政治教育与为群众办实事结合起来,落实科学发展观,促进社会和谐。
