| Abstract: | In the theory of criminal law, when we have different attitudes towards the subjects, perhaps we have different criminal positions. As the time goes away, the criminal ＂person ＂ has been experiencing changes, which from a subject with free will, a fatalistic existence, ecological environmental person to the subject of risk awareness. |
