社工在青少年罪犯社区矫正“增权”中的多重角色

近年社区矫正刑罚制度在中国内地得到了长足发展并取得了不俗的成绩。但社区矫正过程存在的问题也逐渐暴露，其中最重要的就是矫正对象在社区矫正过程中的各种权利及资源的丧失。在分析青少年罪犯社区矫正“失权”的具体表现的基础上，应利用社会工作方法对这一群体进行增权。
