| 摘 要： | 虽然学界实务界早已开始关注农民工权益保障问题,但很少涉及在农民工的权益受到侵害时司法救济的法律援助问题。基于此,本文从法律援助的视角分析和研究了当前农民工的角色定位和法律援助的关系,从而得出为农民工提供法律援助是法律援助制度的应有之义,也是律师职业的应有之义,并提出了一系列的对农民工法律援助的构想。笔者认为在我国目前这一特定的时代背景下,研究和解决农民工的法律援助问题,具有重大的现实意义。

| Abstract: | While academic and practical circles have started to pay attention to the interests' security of migrant workers,but rarely involved in legal aid for judicial relief when the rights of migrant workers meet violations.For this reason,this article analysis and studies the relationship between the role of migrant workers and the current legal aid,and make it clear that providing legal aid for migrant workers is the inherent meaning of the legal aid system,also due to the lawyer's professional obligation.I believe,in our country with this particular historical background,to research and solve problems of migrant workers legal assistance is of great realistic significance. |
