摘    要:随着市场经济的发展,高校中越来越多的青年教师和科研人员参与了本职工作以外的兼职工作,以满足自身物质需求和精神需求,这一问题的日益突出,成为高校管理工作的一大难题。本文就高校青年人才隐性流动带来的群体冲突及其成因进行分析,阐述了人才流动中产生的资源流动,分析这一流动的利与弊,提倡以“宜疏不宜堵”的态度和原则对之进行科学管理。

Abstract:As the development of market economy in China, more and more young teachers took part-time jobs to meet their demands of money,in spirit, and so on. This problem began to be a big trouble of college management. The article includes that the analysis about the reasons of the group conflict between the young teachers who joined the latent person flow and others, the advantage and disadvantage with the resource exchange under the person flow, and some suggestions about it.
