| Abstract: | In Corea and Japan, road traffic control is operated by scientific management and organized system. Due to improved and perfect facilities, city traffic is unobstructed. At the same time, because of the effective traffic control and favorable quality of traffic actors, by the aid of computers and networks, the traffic control of Corea and Japan is advanced with developing country. |
