农民工:一个新阶层的权利主张

我们的时代是权利的时代。用权利范式去思考农民工问题是当代中国经济和社会发展的必然要求。城乡的不平等对立导致农民被限定在土地上,农民的平等权利实际上受到了侵害。当农民进入城市以后,农民工的权利集体失语已成常态。但越来越多的农民工已经出现了权利意识觉醒,农民工的权利抗争意识与日俱增。政府意识到了保护农民工权利的重大责任,而且也努力用法律推进,保护制度正义。农民工作为一个新的权利阶层在崛起。

Migrant Workers:Claims for Rights of a New Class

We are in an age of rights.It is the inevitable requirement to think of the problems of migrant workers with right paradigm in China's contemporary economic and social development.The inequality between countryside and city causes farmers to be confined to the land,and the farmers' equal rights have been being violated actually.After farmers enter the city,collective aphasia of migrant workers' rights has become common.But more and more migrant workers begin to be conscious of their rights,and struggle for their rights increases.Governments start to be aware of great responsibility of protecting migrant workers' rights,and make efforts to protect system justice through legal promotion.Migrant workers begin to rise as a new class of rights.
