| 摘 要： | 毒品问题是严重损害人类身心健康和国际社会安宁的一大社会公害。文章从我国当前毒品犯罪的宏观背景和危害性入手,着重剖析了我国毒品犯罪的诸多特点和存在原因,并源引最新的毒品犯罪案例和数据,对推进禁毒工作社会化作了树立禁毒新理念,加大投入,长期作战,全民禁毒等有针对性和操作性的探讨。
