| 摘 要： | 我国法律明文规定公民的名誉权不受侵犯,死者的名誉权应受法律保护。针对死者名誉的司法救济程序是否只能由死者的近亲属提起诉讼这一问题,本文就死者名誉的法律保护及相关问题进行了探讨。

| Abstract: | Reputation of the citizens stipulates in the law of our country shall be inviolable,then is the reputation of the dead also subject to legal protection? Conclusion keeps clear,which has a theoretical and legal basis.Is it true that the reputation of the dead in judicial relief program is only by a close relative`s accusation? so following discussion made in this paper on this legal protection of the reputation of the dead. |
