中华文明的世界主义对于构建全球伦理可有之贡献

中华明自古就有一个世界主义的传统，有破“国家中心论”的较低层次的世界主义，如梁启超、顾炎武；有破“区域中心论”的较高层次的世界主义，如先秦诸家；有破“人类中心论”的最高层次的世界主义，如张载、陆象山、康有为。世界主义的各种形态，在中华明中是齐备的。建立“全球伦理”这座大厦，需要动用全人类的智慧资源。中华明之世界主义在此重大构建活动中，至少可有如下之贡献：可以对全球伦理之各项要求提供全方位的支持；可以纠全球伦理之所偏，帮助全球伦理获得平衡稳定的发展；可以为全球伦理之实现提供方法与途径；可以提升全球伦理之视野，使全球伦理真正成为“普世伦理”或“普遍伦理”，把全球伦理之“全球”视野，提升到“宇宙”视野、“天下”视野。

The Contribution of Cosmopolitanism in Chinese Civilization to Building the Universal Ethics

Chinese civilization has had the tradition of cosmopolitism ever since the ancient times. There was Liang Qichao and Gu Yanwu's cosmopolitism on the lower level which was set up by opposing nation-centralism, a cosmopolitism on a higher level established by various schools of thought in pre-Qin times by breaking region-centralism, also the cosmopolitism on the highest level established by Zhang Zai, Lu Xiangshan and Kang Youwei through overthrowing anthropocentrism. Chinese civilization embraces all types of cosmopolitism. The construction of the mansion of global ethics demands wisdom resources from mankind as a whole, east and west, religious and secular. Chinese cosmopolitism can make its contribution at least in the following aspects. First, it can provide an omnibearing support to the various requirements of global ethics. That is, it is compatible with global ethics rather than repellent to it. Second, it can rectify the deflection of global ethics so as to help it develop in a balanced and steady way. For instance, it can make up the deviation and deficiency of global ethics as caused by the impact of economism. Third, it can provide methods and means for the realization of global ethics. In other words, it offers a possible direction in which mankind can seek the way of realizing global ethics. Fourth, it can broaden the horizon of global ethics, making it a truly universal one by enhancing its horizon from global to universal.
