| 摘 要： | 马克思恩格斯的权力配置思想是人类法律思想宝库中的精华。以人的自由与解放为核心的政治社会哲学是马克思恩格斯权力配置思想的哲学基础。在这一哲学基础上,马克思恩格斯提出了分权思想、司法独立于政治权力的思想和法律规范权力的思想。

| Abstract: | The ideology of power-arrangement by Karl Marx and Friedrich Engels is the quintessence of the treasure house of human legal thoughts. The political-social philosophy centered on the freedom and liberty of hu-man beings composes the philosophical foundation of the ideology of power-arrangement by Marx and Engels. Based on this philosophy, Marx and Engels presented the thought of the separation of power, judicature independent of political power and power prescribed by law. |
