略论当代中国政党制度下的政党关系文明

现代世界政党关系文明的主要表征是:以广泛的政党理念认同为基础,以强大的政党力量主导为支撑,以规范的政党体制运作为动力。当代中国政党制度下的政党关系具有政治关系中的领导与被领导、政权关系中的执政与参政、政党关系中的亲密友党关系等特点。必须进一步改善共产党对各民主党派的政治领导,发挥各民主党派参政议政的重要作用,完善民主党派民主监督的运作机制。
