| 摘 要： | 在现代文明建设中,法治追求的价值标准和目标是社会和谐。构建社会主义和谐社会,必须健全社会主义法制,充分发挥法治在促进、实现、保障社会和谐方面的重要作用。而经济法作为克服市场失灵和政府失灵缺陷的现代法,在构建和谐社会中具有特殊作用。

| Abstract: | In the construction of modern civilization the value and aim of the ruling by the law is to make the society harmonious.The socialist legal system must be perfected to construct socialist harmonious society and make it play an important role in helping,realizing and guaranteeing the social harmony.Economic law as a modern law to control the market disorder and government's defaults plays an specially important role in the construction of the harmonious society. |
