| Abstract: | An important reason of corrupt crime is the influence of Chinese the Confucian culture.The following is two respects.On the one hand,the Confucian culture has a assumption that people is good in nature so that the idea of supervision is lack.On the other hand,the idea of the unity of country and home leads to the weakness of law and dissimilation of power. |
