对服刑人员未成年子女的保护，不仅关系到这些未成年人的顺利成长，而且还会影响到他们正在服刑父母的改造效果。我国应当尽早建立一个长期、固定的对服刑人员未成年子女的救助保护体系，给予这些未成年人人性的关怀，从而将这一问题对社会产生的不利影响降到最低。
