自我调节机制在提升警察心理素质中的应用

心理的自我调节机制也称自动调节,它在警察心理素质提高过程中起到了至关重要的作用。由于体现心理素质的重要指标(个体的适应能力和心理抗挫折能力)在很大程度上受到个人自我调节能力的影响,因此,提高个人的心理素质就必须首先从提高个人的自我调节能力着手。有意识、有计划的自我调节心理训练会帮助警察在心理上更好地适应环境和抵抗挫折,从而更好地提高自身的心理素质,达到内心的健康与平衡。
