| Abstract: | There are a lot of combinative offense provisions in China＇s criminal law,and the combinative offense type is not limited to the types defined in the previous scholars.Recognition of the reality helps to understand the combination of understanding committing the sins of a few different forms,and Lapping of Legal Provisions.For the combination of committed legislative deficiencies can be improved through appropriate interpretation. |
