思想政治工作要注重社会心理研究

社会心理研究在思想政治工作中占有极其重要的地位,对增强思想政治工作科学性、前瞻性和时效性具有重要作用。当前思想政治常规工作中,对社会心理仍缺乏深入细致的研究,以致其价值与功能难以有效发挥,滞后于实践的发展。在新的历史条件下,要注重党风与社会心理关系、大众文化与社会心理关系以及社会心理的对策性等方面研究,以进一步拓展思想政治工作新视野,发挥思想政治工作新效能,提高思想政治工作的可操作性。

The Importance of Social Psychological Research in Ideological and Political Work

Social psychological research plays an extremely important role in the ideological and political work;it is of great importance to the scientificness,foresightness,and effectiveness in strengthening ideological and political work.At present,there is a lack of deep and careful study on social psychology,so it is difficult to make full use of its value and function.In the new historical conditions,researches should be done on the relationship between the Party conduct and social psychology,popular culture and social psychology as well as the measures of social psychology to further expand new visions of ideological and political work,make use of its new effectiveness and improve its operation.
