| 摘 要： | 笔者以创新区域协调发展理论为目的，以认识传统梯度理论之梯度概念为突破口，整合区域经济理论，构建广义梯度理论，界说广义梯度范畴的内涵，提出了区域广义梯度评价指标体系，将区域广义梯度分解为自然要素梯度系统、经济梯度系统、社会梯度系统、人力资源梯度系统、生态环境梯度系统、制度梯度系统6个一级指标，且将一级指标细分为24项二级指标和92项三级具体指标。

| Abstract: | Based on the understanding of the Grader--Step theory, this text focused our aim on the Generalized-Gradient theory for regional coordinative development and the intension of the Generalized-Gradient, and also set up the indicator system of regional Generalized-Gradient with 4 hierarchy, 6 system, 24 subentry indication and 92 concrete indication. The Gradient theory is based on graded distribution of economic developmental level, but the Generalized- Gradient expands graded distribution to natural resources, economy, society, human resource, ecological environment, and institution. |
