| Abstract: | The reason why the Taiping Heavenly Kingdom rose and grew in strength lies in the fact that it fitted in with the needs of the society at that time and was in keeping with the aspiration of the people.The reason why the Kingdom ended up in failure is that it made some mistakes in politics,strategy,military affairs,leadership systems, personnel management organizations and foreign affairs etc. |
