| Abstract: | The teachers' congress is the main undertaker of the whole activities of the teachers' congress in universities and colleges.In order to enhance and promote the system of teachers' congress,we should reform the election methods of representatives of teachers' congress,improve the structure of representatives,establsh and strengthen the consciousness of actors of representatives and,give full play to the representatives of teachers' congress. |
