| 摘 要： | 器官移植是以救死扶伤为主要宗旨的 ,然而 ,在此过程中也不可避免地会发生某些犯罪行为。与一般犯罪相比 ,器官移植犯罪表现出了明显的利他性、浓厚的伦理性和较强的科技性。对此 ,立法应采取相应的措施加以防范。其法律防范应当包括民事防范、刑事防范和行政防范三个方面

| Abstract: | The purpose of organ transplantation is to save lives, but some crimes happen inevitably during this process. In contrast to other crimes, the crimes of organ transplantation have the characteristics of obvious profitability, of great morality and of strong science and technology. In order to prevent these crimes, legislative body should adopt corresponding precautions in three aspects: civil precaution, criminal precaution and administrative precaution. |
