关于世博安保队伍思想政治工作的思考

2010年举世瞩目的世博会在上海举办，214天超长安保时间，246个参展国家和国际组织，超过7000万的观博游客，安保工作的难度和强度前所未有。全市交警以扎实有效的思想政治工作为支撑和保障，持续提升队伍综合管理能力、为民服务水平和文明执法形象，有力确保了“平安世博”目标的实现。由此，需要结合备战、试运行、推进三个阶段，对世博期间交警队伍思想政治工作进行总结，从中提炼成功经验，并结合筹划2011年工作思路和“十二五”工作规划，传承、固化成功经验，建立健全交警队伍思想政治工作长效机制，推动交警队伍健康发展。

Perspectives on Ideological and Political Work of Security Force of World Expo

2010 World Expo that caught world attention was held in Shanghai. Because of its 214 days＇ security work, 246 participants including countries and international organizations and 70 million visitors, the difficulties and intensity were unprecedented. The traffic police of the city improved comprehensive management of the force, the image of better service and civilized law enforcement by taking ideological and political work as an aid, which ensured the goal of safe World Expo was attained. Accordingly, it is necessary to summarize such work at three phases of preparation, trial operation and formal operation to get successful experience. Therefore, such experience can be passed on and be used in 2011 work and ＂12th Five- Year work planning. This paper proposes the establishment of seven mechanisms to promote the consistent and healthful construction of traffic police force.
