| Abstract: | Chinese public fire administration at the transitional stage confronts both a rare opportunity and serious challenge.Fire administrative departments should conform to economic development and its laws to promote the transition from governance type to control type in order to raise social fire self control ability so that fire prevention will be on the way of comprehensively coordinated and sustainable development. |
