Briefly Discuss the Mind Change in Maintaining Stability

The traditional modes of maintaining stability have morally undermined the government image, which rapidly increases social disorder and anomie of social values. This requires that traditional mind should be changed and new ideological system which suits the laws of social stability should be set up. This includes the transformation of government functions, establishment of limited government, avoiding bearing the brunt of social contradiction, management by law as a consistent means of dealing with disturbances, establishment of interest balancing system, providing channels to vent dissatisfaction and promoting the development of civilian organizations so that social mechanism can be formed to mitigate conflicts.
