| 摘 要： | 犯罪现场的概念是犯罪现场勘查理论研究的起点，如何研究和把握犯罪现场的概念，是犯罪现场勘查理论的重要问题之一，同时，准确把握犯罪现场的概念对于侦查实践中确定现场的范围也有较大的指导意义。为此，有必要对关于犯罪现场概念的主流观点和新兴观点作一综述，找到学者问的共识和争鸣之处，以便后来者在此领域拓展和进一步研究。

| Abstract: | The conception of crime scene is considered to be the starting point and one of the most important theoretical problems concerning the crime scene investigation. Meanwhile, the precise definition of the crime scene is crucial to identifying the crime scene in investigation. This article is an overview of the major viewpoints of the crime scene conception, as well as the study of new opinions about that. Furthermore, this article aims at identifying the disputes and agreements between scholars, thus facilitating follow up study in this field. |
