| 摘 要： | 公安队伍管理监督精细化,适应了新形势下社会管理创新和公安队伍正规化建设的现实需求。上海公安机关积极探索队伍管理监督精细化举措,取得了初步成效。下一步应坚持目标管理、问题管理、项目管理导向,把握好宣传发动、规则制定、奖惩兑现等环节,全面提升公安队伍管理监督的精细化水平。

| Abstract: | The precise management of police force meets the needs of social administrative innovation and standardization construction of police force in new situation.Shanghai police agencies have made new achievements by actively exploring the new measures of precise management and supervision of police force.We think our next step is to persistently target the objective administration,problem management,project management,do our publicity well,formulate rules and regulations,mete out punishment and rewards so as to comprehensively enhance the whole standard of precise police supervision and management. |
