| 摘 要： | 本文通过对荀子性恶说及其政治结论的分析指出,分权制衡并非性恶说的唯一可能结论,因思维方式、立场等的不同,性恶说可以为不同的政治主张辩护。所以,缺乏性恶说传统,不是中国缺乏权力制约思想的主要原因。

| Abstract: | In the Chinese history,Xun Zi also advocated the doctrine that human nature is basically evil,but his conclusion was not separation of powers or checks and balances.Instead,he advocated the centralization despotism.Therefore,the traditional lack of the theory of man's evil nature was not the main reason for the lack of thought on separation of powers and checks and balances. |
