| 摘 要： | 公安业务文书中准确运用近义词是公安机关执法实践中一个亟须解决的问题.公安业务文书的写作要严格"以事实为依据,以法律为准绳"这一原则.这条原则决定了公安业务文书尤论在格式上、内容上,还是在语言上均有比较严格的规范,进而正确体现公安业务文书的鲜明特色.

| Abstract: | The accurate use of synonym in public security documents is a problem requiring urgent solution in public security law enforcement practice. We must first figure out what is synonym in scientific meaning? What types of synonyms are there in public security document? The writing of public security document should be in accordance with "evidence and law based" prin-ciple. This principle determines the stringent norm of the format, the content and the language of public security document, which correctly reflect the distinctive characteristics of public security document. |
