公安院校心理素质教育模式的探索

公安院校心理素质教育是指根据培养优秀人民警察的目标,有计划、有目的开展的消除学生心理障碍和心理困扰,培养健全人格和良好个性,开发心理潜能,提高心理素质的教育活动。在借鉴普通院校经验、突出公安院校特色基础上,构建以教育发展型为主、医学型为辅的,将西方心理学理论与中国传统理论有机结合的,全方位、全过程、立体型的公安院校心理素质教育模式。

An Inquiry into the Modes of Psychology Quality Education in Public Security Colleges

Psychology quality education in public security colleges aims to improve students' psychology quality. On the basis of cultivating excellent police, we can carry out some activities of removing students' psychological barriers and perplexity, cultivate perfect personality, develop psychological potentiality. Using the experience of other ordinary colleges for reference, we can construct a whole-course and multidimensional psychology quality education mode. The educational development is principal but medical science is subsidiary. Moreover, we can combine Occidental psychological theory with Chinese traditional theory.
