| 摘 要： | 联邦德国大量中小企业的存在与竞争 ,为其国民经济带来了活力和效率。与此同时 ,中小企业又有许多大企业没有的困难。为此 ,德国政府制定了中小企业政策及措施。德国中小企业政策涉及诸多领域 ,举措分为直接扶持和间接扶持两种方式 ,本文重点介绍形式多样的直接扶持方式。

| Abstract: | The competition among numerous medium and small enterprises inGermany has brought vitality and efficiency for its national economy. Yet, medium and small enterprises are beset with many difficulties, which are not faced by large enterprises. Therefore, the German Government stipulated specific policies and measures for Medium-size and small enterprises, which cover a number of fields and can be categorized into direct support and indirect support. This article will mainly introduce the various policies and measures of direct support. |
