法制现代化趋向探析

我国法制现代化的进程须要对法制本土资源给予充分的关注。从法律史的角度来观察中国法制现代化的进程是有价值的，而且是必要的。放弃对法制本土资源的研究利用，不利于我国法制现代化的发展。法学上的成功，并不止形式上的成功，更是与本土资源结合上的成功。我们应对我国的法制本土资源持正确的态度，对其进行认真的研究利用，取其精华，去其糟粕，使其结合我国法制现代化的进程，这是我国法制现代化的正确方向。

An Analysis on the Direction of Modernization of Law

The modernization of law in our country should pay enough attention to the native legal resources. It＇s of value and necessity to observe the process of the modernization of law in China from the angle of legal history. Giving up the study and employment of native legal resources is not helpful for the development of the modernization of law. Success in combination with native legal resources is more important than that in forms for jurisprudence. We should have a proper attitude toward our country＇s native legal resources, study and apply them carefully, and accept the good and reject the bad, so as to make them integrate with the process of the modernization of law. This is the right direction of our country＇s modernization of law.
