| 摘 要： | 本文在认真分析北京家政服务业从业人员的基本状况和从业状况的基础上,从营造良好的就业环境、完善管理体制、加强人员培训、完善相关法律法规、提高从业人员收入和社会地位等方面提出了采取有力措施,多管齐下,提高从业人员素质,促进北京家政服务业健康发展的若干建议。
