| 摘 要： | 自公共部门领导力的概念提出以来,西方公共部门领导力研究经历了从起步到停滞再到繁荣的发展过程。本文通过对比同时期公共部门领导力研究领域与主流领导力研究领域之间的不同发展状况,详细分析了西方公共部门领导力研究的发展脉络及现状,并提出了该领域未来主要的研究方向。

| Abstract: | The research on leadership in the western public-sector has developed from infancy to sluggishness to maturity since the concept of leadership in the public-sector was come up with.Through comparing the research on leadership in the public-sector with the research on mainstream leadership,this paper analyses in details the developmental process and situation of the research on leadership in the western public-sector and points out the future research direction. |
