| 摘 要： | 区域劳务合作法律协调机制是法治型"泛珠"区域劳务合作机制的核心,因此,建立法治型"泛珠"区域劳务合作机制,对于巩固合作成果,推动合作向深度和广度发展具有重要的现实意义.这个法律体系既应具备国家制定的区域经济合作的法律,又应具有地方立法协调法律机制、合作运行机制等.

| Abstract: | Legal coordinate mechanism is the key component of the labor cooperation system in Pan-Pearl-River-Delta District; therefore, building a law-guided labor cooperation mechanism in this district is of great significance in strengthening cooperative achievements and pushing the cooperation forward. Such a legal system should not only cover national laws and regulations, but also contain regional laws and regulations to guarantee coordination and cooperation. |
