| 摘 要： | 侦查监督是法律赋予检察机关的重要职能,是对侦查机关的侦查行为是否合法所实施的监督。但司法实践中检察机关的侦查监督还存在很多问题,如：侦查监督的途径单一、监督方式缺乏法律规范等。文章结合我国的侦查实践,对侦查监督制度提出若干建议,期望有助于检察机关侦查监督权的行使。

| Abstract: | Investigative supervision is one kind of procuratorate authorities endowed by the law.This authority can supervise the legality of investigative activities.However,there are some problems existed in judicial practice,such as single investigative supervision,supervision way without legal regulation.The article puts forward some suggestions based on investigation practice to improve the execution of investigative supervision authority. |
