| Abstract: | In the angle of evidences,the article analyzes and tries to constitute the proof system of different kinds of crimes taking advantage of public power,such as the embezzlement class,the bribe class,the dereliction class.The article has provided a more explicit direction and the goal for crime by taking advantage of duty's detection work of this kind of crime. |
