| 摘 要： | "文学"与"法律"是一对相互独立而又紧密联系的概念,"法律与文学"也是法学研究领域的一个新视角。从文学的角度浅析"文学"与"法律"之关系,并通过对文学文本的分析,探讨其对人们法律意识培养的影响与可借鉴性意义,无疑是选择这个视角的必由路径。

| Abstract: | "Literature" and "law" is a pair of mutually independent and closely linked concept, and is a new perspective in the field of legal research. The article, from the angle of literature, analyzes the relationship between "literature" and "law", and through the analysis of literary texts, takes a probe into their effects on people legal consciousness cultivation, which undoubtedly is the necessary path to do it. |
