论公平与效率的良性互动

改革开放以来,从中央提出"效率优先、兼顾公平,"到十六届六中全会提出"在经济发展的基础上,更加注重社会公平,"既反映了改革开放历史进程的重大变化,也反映了改革开放后关于公平问题指导思想的重大变化,体现了社会主义发展经济之目的是为了实现共同富裕的本质特征——"使全体人民共享改革发展成果"。真正和谐的社会是公平和有效率的社会。
