| 摘 要： | 发展低碳经济、实现低碳生活,不仅是政府和社会组织的责任,也同样是公民的责任。以低碳经济的基本理念为立足点,可以对我国公民个人环境行为监管的立法现状进行剖析。同时,根据消费行为学的观点,深入阐述低碳经济背景下我国公民个人环境行为监管法律体系的构建路径,即加强对消费品购买行为的监管,鼓励适度消费;加强对消费品使用行为的监管,助推节约消费;加强对废弃物处置行为的监管,确保洁净消费。
