| 摘 要： | 文章通过经济法与人权可持续发展、知识经济和WTO规则的关系的分析 ,论证了经济法可持续发展原则的正当性 ;通过经济法基本原则与民法基本原则、行政法基本原则的比较分析 ,阐述了经济法可持续发展原则的特有性。同时 ,文章还对可持续发展原则在我国经济法中的应用进行了研究。

| Abstract: | By analyzing the relationship between sustainable development of Economic Law and human right, knowledge economy and WTO rules, this article expounds and proves the rationality of the sustainable development principle of economic law; through comparative analysis of basic principles of economic law, basic principles of civil law and basic principles of administrative law, the article sets forth the particularity of the sustainable development principle of economic law. At the same time, this article also researches about the application of sustainable development principles in the economic law of our country. |
