学科理论视野下治安学学科建设反思

“治安是不是学科”？传统学科观认为治安难于成为传统意义上的学科;现代学科观认为治安已经成为一门学科.审视治安学学科的形成与发展,不难发现其学科成熟程度低,学科的外在建制尚未健全,内在建制与成熟相距遥远;治安学学科建设存在自发多、规划少,重专业、轻学科,无方向、研究浅,重名称、轻内涵等问题.为实现治安学科的跨越发展,应该在制定规划、明确学科建设方向,创新理念、提升学科整体水平,以人为本、加强学科团队建设,加大投入、提供学科建设保障等方面不懈努力.

About the issue of ＂is Public Security a discipline？＂, it is well accepted by traditional views on discipline that it is difficult to become a discipline in a traditional sense, while Public Security is regarded as a internal construction is still far from mature. There are many defections to construction of Public Security discipline, such as high spontaneity, less planning, emphasis on major, less focus on discipline, non- direction, superficial research, emphasis on names, ignoring connotation and so on. In order to realize the leap -frog development of Public Security discipline, we should make unremitting efforts in making discipline planning, clearing discipline construction direction, innovating concepts, improving overall discipline, strengthening construction of discipline team on people - oriented principle, increasing investment, providing guarantees for construction of discipline.
