少量矿物油燃烧所致烧伤特点

目的观察少量矿物油燃烧所致烧伤的特点,探讨其形成机制。方法介绍3例法医实际尸检案例所见烧伤,并将其特点与法医病理学文献所载烧伤特点比较。结果少量矿物油燃烧所致烧伤,一般仅限于皮肤的角质表皮层,或者真皮浅层;主要是Ⅰ度红斑烧伤;烟熏征象突出;毛发被烧程度不重,有的仅见一片发梢被烧卷的痕迹;局部烧伤与非烧伤部位之间界限分明;衣物上的烧痕,有时仅限于局部表层纤维。结论少量矿物油燃烧所致烧伤与通常所见到的有机物燃烧所形成的烧伤不同,其形成与少量矿物油燃烧时高温作用的持续时间短,产生较多烟雾有关。

The burn characteristics from a small amount mineral -oil

Objective To observe the morphological characteristics of burn due to fires by small amount of mineral-oil and approach possible mechanism leading to the characteristic findings. Methods Archives collected from three cadavers autopsied at our faculty were studied in comparison with those reported in medico-legal literatures. Results The burn lesions were only confined to the superficial layer of the stratum corneum or dermis of the skin; most of which were 1st degree burn injury (erythema) with obvious smoke mark. The hairs wore revealed minor damage, and some of them only could be seen as curly hair-end. There was marked demarcation between the focal burnt and non-burnt area. Occasionally, the burnt trace on clothes was only detected on the superficial fibers. Conclusion The burn injuries caused by fires of small amount mineral-oil are different from those caused by fire regular organic substances, indicating that the morphological findings are related to the short duration of the fire with high temperature and more fire smoke arising from small amount mineral-oil.
