| 摘 要： | 本文从城市化进程中民族格局的新变化和社区功能转变的分析入手,认为当前城市民族关系的协调必须以社区为视角,纳入社区工作的范围中,这既是新时期城市民族工作的新课题,也是构建和谐社区的必然选择。
