| 摘 要： | 在中国,国际私法是一个舶来品。它是随着20世纪初期中国维新倡法运动而传播到中国。中国国际私法不可避免地带有明显的“拿来主义”特征。然而,中国法制的现代化要求中国国际私法的发展必须实现从“拿来主义”到“本土化”的转变。

| Abstract: | In China, private international law was copied from foreign countries into China by the early 20th century when the legal movement was launched. Therefore it is evidently marked with foreign characteristics. However the modernization of Chinese law requires its development in the direction from foreign things towards localization. |
