| 摘 要： | 组织生活是党的一项重要制度,是加强对党员的教育管理和监督、促进党员发挥先锋模范作用的一项组织措施。目前,党的组织生活存在着形式单一,计划性、针对性缺乏等问题,总体质量不高,原因是党员对组织生活认识不够到位,组织者研究不够深入。只有增强组织生活的计划性、针对性和实效性,创新组织生活,才能提高组织生活质量。

| Abstract: | The party organization is an important system of the party as well as an organizational measure of strengthening education and management of party members and of impelling them to bring the exemplary vanguard role into play.At present low quality of the party organization with single form and insufficient plan and pertinence results from dissatisfactory awareness of party members to it and imperfect study of organizers.Its higher quality will be realized by its perfect plan,pertinence and effectiveness and innovation. |
